Director of Information Systems(Shepard Ambulance was founded in 1923 in Seattle. It is now part of AMR; they continue to perform strongly today.)
- Directed: Manager of Information Services, System Status Manager, Communications team, which included two Supervisors and 20 Communications Controllers.
- Purchased, installed, trained and maintained all Macintosh, PC and Sun Microsystems hardware and software.
- Designed, programmed and implemented reporting systems and procedures for facilities and agencies including the police and fire departments.
- Created a Computer Assisted Dispatch system plan for deployment and staffing of ambulance units.

- Led all System Status Controllers and call takers - they handled all radio and phone traffic for the Seattle/Tacoma operations of EMS Airlift Northwest (helicopter and jet medical transportation).
