(Shepard Ambulance was founded in 1923 in Seattle. It is now part of AMR; they continue to perform strongly today.)

Directed: Manager of Information Services, System Status Manager, Communications team, which included two Supervisors and 20 Communications Controllers.
Purchased, installed, trained and maintained all Macintosh, PC and Sun Microsystems hardware and software.
Designed, programmed and implemented reporting systems and procedures for facilities and agencies including the police and fire departments.
Created a Computer Assisted Dispatch system plan for deployment and staffing of ambulance units.

Director of Communications

Led all System Status Controllers and call takers - they handled all radio and phone traffic for the Seattle/Tacoma operations of EMS Airlift Northwest (helicopter and jet medical transportation).
12 Years as an ambulance driver and technician.
