Recognized Experts

Our senior EMS billing staff have over 30 years of combined experience in EMS billing services.  A key component of Pridemark’s success is due to the expertise we have in billing for our services. Our extensive experience in ambulance billing, as well as overall ambulance operations gives us a unique ability to offer not only ambulance service billing, but also general ambulance consulting.

Deb Schiferl
Billing Services Account Manager

Deb Schiferl

How to start? We call her "Red”. She is a redheaded, boot-scoot’n, county girl who fell into the EMS industry almost 9 years ago and haven’t left since.  Her background is actually quite eclectic as she has worked in a few industries, but most are linked by one common theme…Customer Service. She is exited to be part of a growing company like Pridemark Paramedic Services and Pridemark Billing Services, how could you not when the goal is to provide excellent customer service both in the field and in the office?!
